Committed to the goal of promoting sustainability and good practices to improve employee´s day-to-day in terms of wellbeing and health, Mutua Universal

nominated to its in its 4th Edition Innovation and Health Awards, in the Small and Medium Enterprises category. Specifically, we were recognized under the title of innovation and development through equality and conciliation, derived from our Equality Plan and focusing on the Optiva Women concept.

We are completely focused on the development of projects or actions that go beyond compliance with occupational risk prevention and Corporate Social Responsibility. In this sense, we have implemented so far some initiatives to make Optiva Media a great place to work. One of our major goals is to make Optiva colleagues feel comfortable and happy during their daily role.
